We procure 100% Continuous Cast (CC) virgin copper rods directly from Aditya Birla Group (Birla Copper unit, Dahej), recognized by their official Tamra Bandhan partnership. Unlike ordinary or stiff commercial copper, our copper is fully continuous-annealed: thermal recrystallization delivers supreme flexibility, >30% elongation, and maximum electrical conductivity.

We do not rely on periodic sample testing. To eliminate rewinder risk and ensure zero motor burnouts underwater, 100% of finished coils and spools undergo individual testing according to strict IS 8783 (Parts 1 to 4) standards.
10,000V (10 kV) Spark Test
Every single millimeter of wire is scanned in real-time with an in-line high-frequency spark tester (IS 10810 Part 44) to detect and eliminate any micro-pinholes or extrusion defects.
3.0 kV Water Immersion Test
100% of finished coils undergo extended water soak conditioning and are tested under 3,000V AC (50 Hz) high-voltage breakdown verification (IS 8783 Part 4/Sec 3 Cl. 4.5).
> 10,000 MΩ Megger Test
Insulation volume resistivity is verified at ≥ 1 × 1016 Ω·cm @ 27°C with calibrated megohmmeters to ensure zero current leakage into submersible water.
